Pure Moly Supplier and Exporter

Pure Moly

With its unique mechanical and chemical properties, molybdenum is an outstanding material that can meet the most exacting requirements. Because Pure-moly possesses a very high melting point, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and a high level of thermal conductivity, it is used in many different industries. Applications of molybdenum are genuine all-rounder. Pure-moly is a genuine all-rounder. We use this material to produce products including ribbons and wires for the lighting industry, semiconductor base plates for power electronics, glass melting electrodes, hot zones for high-temperature furnaces, and sputtering targets for the manufacturing of solar cells and flat screens. Molybdenum is a silvery-white metal that is ductile and highly resistant to corrosion. It has one of the highest melting points of all pure elements; only the elements tantalum and tungsten have higher melting points. Molybdenum is also a micronutrient essential for life. Molybdenum is a valuable alloying agent, as it contributes to the hardenability and toughness of quenched and tempered steels. It also improves the strength of steel at high temperatures. Molybdenum is used in alloys, electrodes, and catalysts. The metal is silvery-white, a very hard transition metal, but is softer and more ductile than tungsten. It was often confused with graphite and lead ore. It has a high elastic modulus, and only tungsten and tantalum, of the more readily available metals, have higher melting points. Molybdenum has one of the highest melting points of all pure elements. Molybdenum is attacked slowly by acids.

We hold expertise in offering a wide range of pure molybdenum & molybdenum scraps. molybdenum scraps are stored at our warehousing unit and supplied at the client’s doorsteps within a limited time frame. KEY FEATURES

  • Alloys are designed metal stock or shapes are available as forged billets, blooms, slabs, or bar stock.
  • The forging process presses, pounds, or squeezes metal stock under very high pressure. Material flow occurs during the forging process, closing any internal porosity and refining the microstructure.
  • These Alloys are designed or suitable for service applications that require corrosion resistance.
