These foundry grade al6xn stainless steel properties are accessible as profile cutting, plate cutting, sheet cutting, and pipe cutting. Offered scraps are free from shading, dirt, oil, and other remote particles. These products are broadly requested in impelling heaters and casting units. Magnetic scrap 410 is the next category of SS Scrap that is widely exported and supplied from our company. Over time, we have established a strong relationship with various vendors, who provide us with an excellent range of the aforesaid product. Available in various thicknesses and widths,410 stainless steel scrap is used for various engineering applications all over the world. Alloy 410 stainless steel plate is resistant to atmospheric conditions, water, and some chemicals. It can be used in environments containing weak or diluted acetic acid, naphtha, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid. The alloy is also resistant to acids contained in foods.
410 stainless steel plates can also be used in slightly chlorinated and deserted water. It performs well in oil and gas applications where deserted and low hydrogen sulfide exist. However, the alloy is prone to chloride attack, particularly in oxidizing conditions. 410 stainless steel plate operates well in environments requiring moderate corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties.
Our 410 stainless steel can be used in applications such as dental and surgical instruments, pipelines, valves and nozzles, automotive parts and more. 410 ss material is generally used for applications which involve mild corrosion, high strength, and heat resistance. It is a general-purpose grade that is often supplied in hardened but still machineable conditions for applications where high strength and moderate heat and corrosion resistance are required. We provide plate cutting and pipe cutting as per requirements.
